The Laundry Room fosters peer discussion on service business issues so you can network, share ideas, learn, & grow your business. This is a private space for you to bring up your concerns & find solutions to the challenges of running your service business.

We'll start off with a topic for discussion, but you never know where the conversation will take us. 

This month: Dynamic Pricing

AI is giving us a clearer look at our business than we've ever had, including which zip codes, appliances, and seasons keep our techs busy and which leave gaps in the schedule.

That raises a fair question for our industry: should we adjust what we charge, when we charge it, and where, to make the most of our schedules? Some will say it's just good business and others will say it isn't fair to the customer. Join us and tell us where you stand.

As with all Laundry Room Brainstorming sessions, all participants are encouraged to bring their knowledge and experiences to the group discussion, and we may not stay on the topic that we started out on.
