This session will provide insights into how potential buyers evaluate the financials of acquisition targets, and how to prepare if you’re considering a sale of your business (whether now or in the distant future).

Presenter names and information: 

Paul Mackey – Paul Mackey is the co-owner of Fervent, a transaction advisory and financial due diligence firm.  Prior to founding Fervent, Paul worked in private equity for a number of years, where he acquired / invested in various trades business.

 Andrew Das – Andrew Das is the co-owner of Fervent, a transaction advisory and financial due diligence firm.  Prior to founding Fervent, Andrew worked in private equity for a number of years, where he acquired / invested in various trades business.  Andrew and his partner Paul have 20+ years of experience helping family-owned businesses with finance and accounting.
